ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Ian. I’m a UX/UI Designer with 10 years of customer service and product marketing experience identifying problems and creating solutions. Throughout my previous roles, I have learned the importance of empathizing with customers and identifying and resolving user pain points.
As a sports marketing coordinator, I was in a unique position because I was responsible for bridging the gap between our product development team and our clients. After observing a product come to life from the ideation phase to the development stage, and then being part of the product development process, I discovered my passion for design, which led me to user experience design.
With my experience in product development and my ability to collect and communicate user feedback, I am able to empathize with users, understand user pain points, and quickly create digital solutions based on user research.
If I’m not making wireframes or prototypes, I enjoy playing pickleball, tennis, golf, traveling, exploring new restaurants, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
